syntax: {{AAnThe|value}}
returns: value, but with any leading A, An or The stripped.
This template is not currently usable, as we lack some of the string functions used in it.
This template accepts a parameter, 1, and tests it to see if it begins with A, An, or The. If A, An, or The is found, this template will strip it from the beginning only, and return the rest of the parameter.
This is a sub-template, used by other templates, and is NOT intended for use by users!
