When you feed him one each of the three different fertilizer loots, water, bone and earth, he will give you a random collection item, which can be anything including rare and no-trade items.
This item has never appeared in our import feed, so it is unlikely that an actual Item database record will every be created for him.
The item record for this has not, yet, been imported into the database. It should appear with the next import following its discovery on the Live servers.
