Macro

Macro is a common gaming term for a script that can be user-defined to automate multiple commands and bind them to a single command. Often, this new command can then be tied to a single keystroke so that the player can execute all of the commands with one key.

It is often possible to use macros to effectuate AFK Gaming, but this is enerally frowned upon by most MMORPGs and in some it can get your account banned!
