In most MMORPGs an NPC, or Non-Player Character, is a non-attackable actor, present in-game to provide information or just background color. However, in WAR everything is attackable, so an NPC in this game is defined as a background actor that does not give or progress a quest but is not generally intended to be hunted.

Because of this, we do not expect to see very many mobs in this category. O.o
