March 16 is the 10th anniversary of the release of EverQuest, which is an exciting occassion for all EQ fans. But the day will soon also mark a major milestone for SOE in San Diego as the city prepares to recognize March 16 for the first time as "Sony Online Entertainment Day."

On March 10 at 10 a.m. in the 12th Floor Council Chambers, San Diego City Councilmember Carl DeMaio will present SOE President John Smedley with an official proclamation placing March 16 in the history books as a day honoring SOE and EverQuest.
